We only use top quality English pigs for the simple reason taste is everything. Our pork tastes as pork should taste, and crackles as pork should crackle. Flavour is very important to us in our pork, because not only do we sell a lot of pork and pork cuts, we produce our own pork trim which is used in our extensive range of hand made sausages and pork pies.
